Hi fam. My name is Kyle Fox. I'm a professional hacker and recreational pain in the arse. Recently, I became internet-famous for reasons entirely beyond my control which I'd strongly recommend you Wiki at your own risk. I became a jouhatsu for a few months, and now I'm back.

Unfortunately, I have a chronic condition which prevents me from staying offline called seborrheic curiosity. For as long as I can remember, I've had a nuclear attraction to mysteries, conspiracies, hoaxes and anything a reasonable human should class as B.S. If you DM me a thread, I'll shred the whole fugly jumper.

I'm real good at it.

Earlier this year I was sent a series of creepy cryptic images. I resurfaced to do some sleuthing and what I discovered led me to old legends around London involving vengeant women and their unsolved murders: the kinds of classic haunted tales the internet absolutely loves which also just so happen to trigger my particular brand of recent trauma. At first, I assumed somebody was just trolling me.

Fair enough.

But after I ran forensics, I realised something more sophisticated was afoot, because every trail dead-ended into a digital ghost and vanished without a crumb.

This rattled me to my cyber encased core.

Because to be Swarovski clear: I am a technical cookie monster.

I was being baited.

Fun, right? It was. Then it took a disturbing turn.

One night, while lying my bed, in my apartment, on the top floor of my vacant building, I received an airdrop.

Have a listen

I do not believe in the supernatural. In fact, nothing makes me angrier.

I do believe in obsession and in truth hiding in plain sight.

I suspect this bloke has a drone, some Kremlin caliber malware and the means to cover his traces a'la Matthew Bourne. So my working theories are very simple:

  1. they're playing a very elaborate prank

  2. my therapist is getting deviously creative, or

  3. they actually want to be found

If so, I'd like to know why. Everything I've been sent or found so far lives on this site, but I suspect there's more to uncover further afield. Have a look around. Pull a few threads and see what you unearth. And if you solve this is before I do, try not to be too smug about it.

— Love, Kyle

P.S. Dear stalker: if you do send flowers again, I prefer cash.

P.P.S. Everyone else: sorry I can't save your puzzle progress, but after what I've been through and with privacy laws and stuff you'll just have to keep track of your own passwords.

P.P.P.S. Useful feedback on this experimental project is welcome, and you can subscribe for updates. Maybe I'll do a merch drop or something at some point, but I promise not to spam you. I don't have time for it and absolutely zero appetite for unwelcome comms, given present circumstances.
